Former "Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski is finally getting let out of the slammer -- after a judge decided he doesn't have to remain locked up while awaiting trial on a prescription drug charge.
Once considered a flight risk, the season 9 champion will now be allowed to live at a substance abuse treatment facility in Massachusetts ... if he abides by the following rules:
-- Undergo the substance abuse treatment program
-- Must abide by all rules at the facility and successfully complete the program
-- Surrender his passport
-- He can only travel within the District of Massachusetts
-- He has to post three properties he owns to secure his appearance in court
-- His parents have to post their home to secure his appearance in court
-- After completion of the substance abuse program, he has to go back to court to discuss any further terms of his release.
Jasinski -- whose release date hasn't been set -- has been locked up since October 18, when cops busted him for allegedly trying to sell a sock full of 2,000 oxycodone pills.
Jasinski has been indicted on one charge possession of oxycodone with intent to sell -- he faces 20 years behind bars.

Tiger Woods' car crash is really gonna cost him ... $164.

The Florida Highway Patrol just said Tiger will be given a ticket for careless driving -- the result of Friday's single-vehicle crash.
The FHP said the investigation is complete and it will not seek any search warrants for his medical records.
The agency also says no one involved has made claims of domestic violence.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson -- the 24-year-old who claims to be MJ's lovechild -- is going back to court in the hopes of getting a slice of Jacko's fortune, even though he was already rejected by the people who run MJ's estate.

PMMJJ just filed "objections of rejection" paperwork in L.A. County Superior Court, in which he begs a judge to "have determined that he is the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson ... and gain whatever benefits he is entitled to."
The Jackson estate had rejected PMMJJ's claim back in August, even though he provided a California birth certificate which lists Michael Joseph Jackson as his father.

Verne Troyer claims his ex-girlfriend -- who recently obtained a restraining order against him -- is just a lying gold-digger who had a bone to pick.
In a response filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Verne admits he started dating Yvette Monet after meeting her at a party at the Playboy mansion in December of '08.
Verne claims Yvette eventually wanted him to give her money so she could pay her bills -- but when she refused to cough up the actual bills, they got into a big fight.
Verne says he ended up cutting her a check for $2,000 anyway ... but they broke up a week later despite his generosity.
Monet eventually filed for a temporary restraining order against him -- which was granted -- claiming Verne wouldn't stop texting her ... and even threatened her life by saying his friends carried guns and would do anything he asked.
In the documents, filed by attorney Ed McPherson, Verne says "at no time did I ever threaten Ms. Monet or even hint to her that I would harm her in any way."
Verne says he found out about the restraining order by reading about it in the media.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Florida Highway Patrol will move to have charges filed against Tiger Woods in connection with the accident last Friday.
We are told the FHP will announce the case is against Tiger -- not his wife. We do not know if the FHP will arrest Tiger or refer the case to prosecutors.
We know FHP was investigating whether Tiger was driving his SUV under the influence.
Tiger was drifting in and out of consciousness after the accident. As we first reported, his wife gave paramedics two bottles of prescription meds she says Tiger had taken though she did not know when. There was no evidence of alcohol.
The FHP is holding a news conference at 3:00 PM ET. We will livestream.

TMZ has learned a woman has come forward to Us Weekly, claiming she had a 31-month affair with Tiger Woods and has a voicemail recording and texts to prove it.

The woman, Jaimee Grubbs, claims she met Tiger in Las Vegas in April, 2007. The woman -- a cocktail waitress who was 21 at the time -- began what she says was a long-running affair with Tiger.
According to Us Weekly, Grubbs has more than 300 text messages from Tiger -- who married Elin Nordegren in 2004.
The magazine, which comes out tomorrow, claims Grubbs had 20 sexual encounters with Tiger. Us Weekly has photos, racy texts from Tiger, as well as a voicemail from November 24, in which Tiger suggests his wife might be on to the alleged affair.
Grubbs has appeared recently on VH1's "Tool Academy."

Tiger Woods did not bleed in the vehicle he crashed Friday morning -- not a single drop -- according to law enforcement sources.
Cops from the Windermere PD, who first responded on scene, observed Tiger's lower lip split open and we're told he had other marks as well. But TMZ sources say there was absolutely no blood in the SUV.
What's more -- we've learned Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, told Windermere cops she smashed the back passenger window with the golf club, then unlocked the driver's door and dragged Tiger out. Yet there were no traces of blood.
This has created even more suspicion with law enforcement ... that Tiger's wounds may have not been the result of SUV meets fire hydrant.
We're told the Florida Highway Patrol has been frustrated by attempts to secure video of the accident. Even though we know there were surveillance cameras on Tiger's property, his lawyer isn't making video available. The people who manage the gated community have said they have no video of the crash.
As we first reported, the FHP sent troopers to the hospital where Tiger was treated yesterday in an attempt to secure medical records, which could unlock the mystery of how Tiger was injured. We're told, so far no luck. Although an FHP spokesperson has said the department has not asked for a search warrant to obtain medical records, we know they are pursuing that route.
As for what charges could be filed -- there are two possibilities on the table. The main focus now is Tiger's injuries. If the injuries have the markers of a domestic dispute, we're told Tiger's wife would almost certainly be arrested.
As for Tiger, troopers are looking at whether he was driving under the influence. As we have already reported, the paramedics on the scene saw that Tiger was unresponsive and asked Elin if he was taking any meds. She went inside, retrieved two prescription bottles and gave them to paramedics. Elin said she did not know when Tiger had last taken the meds. We already reported Tiger had told a friend he was taking prescription pain meds.
But in Florida, it's almost impossible to charge someone with DUI unless someone actually sees the suspect behind the wheel, driving the vehicle. No one has come forward saying they saw Tiger driving.

One of the most valuable players on the Florida Gator football team was arrested last night for DUI -- don't worry, it wasn't Tim Tebow.
Gainesville PD busted defensive superstar Carlos Dunlap early this morning when they saw his car stopped at an intersection -- while the light was green. When the officer approached the car, he found Dunlap asleep, slumped over the wheel of his car.
Dunlap -- who was the defensive MVP of last year's national championship game -- failed a field sobriety test, refused to take a breath test and was hauled into the station where he was booked.
The arrest comes just days before the Gators take on number two Alabama in the SEC championship. No decision has been announced about whether Dunlap will play in the game.

You'll never hear a negative word said about Dwight Howard by his baby mama ... because according to a judge, she's not even allowed to speak his name.
According to documents filed in Florida, the Orlando Magic superstar went to war in October with Royce Lyndsay Reed -- the mother of his 2-year-old son -- after she allegedly called him a deadbeat dad on her blog, Twitter and even during an ESPN interview.
Dwight also alleges Royce "is attempting to become a celebrity" from being his baby mama ... even agreeing to "participate in a VH1 television show called 'NBA Wives.'"
Dwight ended up winning a permanent injunction against Royce -- and according to the documents, she's banned from "using or publishing (orally, in writing, or otherwise), directly, indirectly or by innuendo, [Dwight's] name, nicknames, image, brand photographs, and/or likeness."
That finely manicured line of lawyerspeak makes it damn near impossible for Royce to appear on "Wives" ... unless she calls herself the baby mama of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.
Yeah, that was a Harry Potter reference. What?

Shaquille O'Neal wants to teach his estranged wife Shaunie Nelson a thing or two about getting thrown out. We've learned Shaq is trying to boot Shaunie from the entire court system in California.
Shaunie filed legal papers in California earlier this month for legal separation, having moved to L.A. just days earlier.
We've learned Shaq's lawyers filed legal docs, alleging Shaunie has no right to use the California divorce courts because they are residents of Florida.
As we first reported, Shaunie stands to get more spousal support in California.

The woman who sued Elisabeth Hasselbeck for copyright infringement just won't take no for an answer.
TMZ has learned Susan Hassett just filed her second lawsuit over Hasselbeck's book -- "The G Free Diet" -- even though a judge tossed out Hassett's first suit earlier this month after her lawyer decided not to pursue the case.
Hassett -- who claims Beck's book is a rip-off of her own publication, "Living with Celiac Disease" -- tells TMZ her original lawsuit was shot down because of a technicality ... she failed to provide the necessary copyright information for "Living."
Hassett's new suit, which was filed today in federal court in Massachusetts, includes plenty of copyright info for "Living" ... plus claims that Hasselbeck's book is "misleading and dangerous" to those who suffer from Celiac disease.
Hassett once again wants the court to stop the presses on "G Free" and yank it from bookstores everywhere.
Calls to Hasselbeck's people have not been returned.
